BioDynamic Breath Work
Through the use of breathing, physical exercise and gentle support, this body oriented psychotherapy helps you breaking through blockages, stress and trauma held in the body, allowing you to experience a freer, more spontaneous , and more accepting self. Intense Breathing takes you in the journey of healing and transformation. It allows a new integration of the conscious and unconscious mind and opens your internal energy flow to fully embrace your true potential. It supports your ability for being healthy, joyful, creative and meditative.
In a series of 6-10 session you experience detachment all those patterns and conditionings that are preventing you from spontaneity and joy, and you are able to release all that energy held in your body. This is a journey back home in a more loving and accepting setting.
